It's Reece's birthday this Sunday (11th) and he's after me getting him a small laptop, i can't afford to buy one new though, if all else fails i've seen one in Cash Converter in Blackburn but thought i would ask on here if anyone is selling one first before i went to get it from there

no worries, what sort of money are you looking at paying? i.e. whats the one in CG going for? I have one that I've been toying with selling but not really thought what I'd take for it....

Someone on fb has just offered me an Acer Aspire one for £100, that'll do Reece, he only wants it for Facebook, twitter, youtube etc

which is why I asked as some have really crap GFx chips and woudl struggle with youtube in full screen....

I find that the problem with netbooks is it is difficult to load anything, other than downloads, as they have no CD/DVD drive.

Never had a problem, just copy it onto a USB stick from the DVD - If you want to know more please start a thread as chat is not allowed in buy sell.

There are USB DVD drives, I have one for my notebook.

Si, he only wants it for messing about on the net, we have a desktop and laptop for other stuff
