Four wheeled stroller trolley - free

This is 'as new' - used briefly indoors only.
I offered it to Homewise who arranged, but failed, to collect over a month ago.
Whoever gets it needs to adjust the (bicycle type) brakes before use.
I didn't and fell - you have been warned!
