I'm going to have to find out, some more, after all just since I posted my first thoughts others have p.m.'d me saying they would be interested in the same thing for exactly the same sort of reasons and in actual fact across various age ranges. So if Accyweb is only a minority view of the whole area & given the fact that it's less than two hours since my first post in this thread went on, those houses could still be of value if kept by HBC and rented to the correct people!

they have even bought back the houses they sold off cheap and told the rest to find somewhere else to go,the deal has already been done!

anyone who wants one of those houses should simply move in and claim squatters rights

it will take years to get you out and of course it would be rent free
