David is the son of the late jim guilfoyle but not the one from clayton.

The 35yr old man who was arrested has been released on police bail.Apparently not enough evidence.

Please let us help find this man.

I heard that someone on southwood drive bash was arrested in connection is this true does anyone know?

the man arrested is a local man although he apparently lives in hapton at the moment.

the man in quesionhe was released on thursday night.

no evidence.

he got part 4 bail and has to report back on monday.

i thought he was released due to not enough evidence not because there was no evidence

also although i would like to see who ever attacked mr guilfoyle brought to justice the suspects name was not allowed to be printed for legal reasons in the paper so i assume it wouldnt be wise to post it on accy web

many people know the name of the person arrested but printing it in a news paper or on a public website may effect the case

i dont know how but there must be a reason why his name wasnt allowed to be printed

as you said common knowledge is one thing but printed words are another..........

then again i have a lot of history with mr. guilfoyle..............a friend.

The suspected pig is apparently a very cold and calculating pig and wouldnt have dared approached dave face. A cowardly bully at least . He deserves to be nailed.
