They have produced a leaflet which tells us how to manage our barbecues. It is jam packed full of information like - don't over cook the food but make sure it's cooked fully through.

This follows hot on the heels of Cllr Walmsley last week telling us that we all need to ensure our children have the adequate sun tan cream on or they might burn.

anyone want to place any bets that HBC advise that in the event the burgers should start oozing blood they should be rushed to the nearest RSPCA center or vet for imidate treatment as the buger may still be alive
