Official New Chav Capital

Oh Ye Oh Ye Brfitan has a new Chav Capital rejoice or wtevr Angus Council are so enammered wi em they ave sd a 2 foot bronce statue built/cast in their honour. Considering the council covers a Royal Burgh and a cathederal city that aint bad besides they now have a place that wants em. Praise be to Angus Council (seem to be barmier than HBC an that takes some doin). The Coppice issue pails in comparison.

May be it's reverse psychology. I would imagine that having a statue put up in your honour is distinctly 'uncool' if you're of chav age and mentality. So, they'll either leave or find a new style of dressing.
