I have not only stopped posting in this thread (yes yes i know) but on accy web as a whole.. I think some of the things that have been said to me, about me and and the if, buts, and maybes asked about the way I treat my children are nothing short of disgusting. at least one deleted by gobsmacked on request that was attacking my wife really upset me but some of the suggestions by busman i find absoloutly insulting. its the ifs and the open to question wether I love my children I find the hardest to deal with.

My crime?

I dont hit my children.

Your response to me as a whole for that crime is .... well.

Unfortunately, there is a conspicuous lack of verifiable information about "happy as Larry." The phrase seems to have originated in Australia around the end of the 19th century, and first appeared in print (as far as we know so far) in 1905. The leading theory is that "happy as Larry" originally referred to the Australian boxer Larry Foley (1847-1917), but no one seems to know if, when or why boxer Larry would have been happy enough to inspire a popular saying of such remarkable longevity. Anyway I think It's time to get back to the real subject of this thread, namely the fantastic DVD that has been put together to raise funds.

If you enjoyed Amarillo then you may be interested to know that rumour has it that this is only the first DVD. Could Moorhead staff be planning a sequel? :Banane32:

stumbled across accyweb trying to help my kids with homework. very entertaining!!!
i went to moorhead 87-92 and thought it was a great school, staff and pupils (most of them). chose not to send my son there because of the problems in recent years but also believe that moorhead is on the up again. no school is ever without problems of some description.
but hey, thats just my opinion!!!

Hehehehe....:rofl38: :rofl38: I haven't read this thread until today. I think that I was on holiday when it was first posted.. Great entertainment...... I left Moorhead in 1984, it was a good school back then, which sadly deteriorated. I believe it is now on the up.... I wish them best of luck with their DVD.

Maybe we should make an Accyweb one, then Markinaccy can film it and Kipax can be on it for real.:D
