Night owl or early bird?

I'm definitely an early bird. Work far better if I get up early and do stuff. Unfortunately, I live with a night owl so there are days when we live at opposite ends of the day. One kid is like me the other like Chris, so at least we always have company.

What are you?

I'm forced to be an early bird at the moment, my daughter's programmed to be wide awake at 6am, so I find it hard staying up later than 2230hrs unless I'm out on the razz and then I'm fine, before that I stayed in bed on the weekends till midday, I've even been known to stay in bed on a Sunday till 5pm get up and ready to go out again at 7pm, thats a long time ago though.

I have to be up at 5am every morning, so I am an early riser by necessity, but it is very hard during the winter months.

I'm definitely an early bird. I have no problem getting up at 6 a.m. when I'm working and I'm always at my best before lunch, after which I get sleepy. My husband was just the opposite and didn't really get going until mid-afternoon. He hated getting up early.

I think it depends on what time of day you were born. I was born at 7:15 a.m. My elder daughter was born at 8:15 and she's a morning person too. My son and my younger daughter were both born in the afternoon and they are not Morning people.

I was born at 6.30 in the morning and my hubby was born at about 3pm in the afternoon so your birth time theory works for us.

Not sure with the kids though as Maddie was born at 3 in the morning and Zack was born at lunchtime. Zack gets up early with me and Maddie likes to stay up late - not sure if that fits in with the theory.

I popped into the world at half-past ten at night so the theory deffo doesn't work for me.
