Thanks to Willow for pointing me in the right direction have now listened to Woodstock - Matthews' Southern Comfort and I'm pretty chilled out now maaaannn...... I am stardust I am golden..... I can see bombers turning into butterflies... yeeeaaaaahhhh maaannn, coooolllll ;)
