I think Clive Owen would have been the ideal fella to play Bond. Then again it does not matter to me as i do not like or watch the Bond movies.

i realy thought sean connery was the best james bond,,then i got used to roger more...it,s not the same now ,and with the new miss money penny and m etc.... i think its time to let go...

No....he is a bit 'ordinary' looking.....not suave and sophisticated. A good reason not to watch the remake. I HATE bond films anyway.

i dunno initially i thought he's crap but that was compared to pierce who i think the role was made for him

but then again i guess after a few films we'll b able to judge him better

I dont think he looks that bad, I'll reserve total judgement till I've seen the film though.

He just doesn't look like James Bond. He does look far too ordinary, could be anybody.

Best Bond as Sean Connery.

I cannot imagine Sean Bean as Bond. He hasn't got the sophisticated air. I'll always think of him as as Sharpe.

He doesn't do it for me either but then I'm with most of you on here with not being a bond fan anyway!! So what do I care...

Re: Shaken.... not stirred

Off track sorry, but it is Bond related.

Roger Moore's new woman returned some shirts I'd made for him. He was always charming, she's a cow. She complained they were all faulty on the collars, and discoloured. Bossy, rude, pushy, no class.

It broke my heart when I had to call her, to inform her that it was actually hair dye on all the collars.

I'm not suggesting the old boy dyes his hair of course, it must have been for a part.;)
