You do remind me of myself when I was younger, but the ten year old me. By the time I was sixteen, I had allowed myself the luxury that I might indeed have something to learn from other people, and wasn't always right.

I have two son’s woody, one is on active service on behalf of you and the rest of his country and one at home, the one at home is 14 and make you look like a complete idiot. Not all of today’s youth are write offs, not all of them are ill-informed or plain arrogant, not all of today’s youth are thugs or drug addicts…..

In fact the greater majority of today’s youth know what they want and get off there a***’s and do something about it. Stop gabbing off about a world you know little about and do something for yourself and grow up.

thats a point im trying to make in t'other thread lol
young people SHOULDNT have to go through what i have been through already....most people dont go through all the problems i have had in a whole lifetime...
yet due to stereotypes set by a lot of people in society of teenagers, young people are almost 'expected' to binge drink and cause havoc!
and regretfully i did fall into that trap, but with my own will to (this is going to sound horrible) 'set people right', i got out of it all!

all im trying to say is that too many people judge younger people's opinions as lesser or 'inexperienced' because they havent been around for half a century!
