New Bond Views

Bond is one of our finest movie exports yet is forced to film abroad because it costs too much to film here. I just read that the new bond film only has a weeks filming planned in england the rest of the film will be shot mostly in Prague. what do you think about this and does anyone else think its dodgy that the film itself is supposed to serve as a prequel to the other bonds but Judi Dench has signed to play M. Who wasnt even introduced until Goldeneye.

they could be saying that she was M for a while then came back to the job M at a later date

sean conery came back to do a bond movie after retireing from the part , the one where he had a bike that did turbo boost and stuff , i think it was called never say never of somthing like that

All the good blockbusters seemed to be filmed abroad due to cost and the tax breaks they get.

Yeah suppose they could do that. Never say Never Again is just a remake of thunderball its not really classed as an official release there was some big arguement between the writers and producers all I know is thats the reason why Bond is fighting a criminal organisation called spectre through all of the Connery era then they just dropped it when Roger Moore came in the only nod to spectre that happened was when roger moore killed off Blofeld by droppin him down a chimney.

Bond, whilst extremely succesfull is never the less a load of rubbish. However, I agree that it is sad that they are taking films traditionally made here abroad.

Indeed not, though I would rather watch a dodgy German film for that sort of thing. There is more of it!
