New Year Resolutions?

Will you be making any?
Will you stick to them?
Do you need a Resolution buddy to help keep you focused?

Maybe telling others will helped you achieve your goal, or maybe you can get the support you need from Accy Webbers..........who knows lets see what happens.

Mine is to lose another stone and I'll be happy.

Who's next......................

Re: New Year Resolutions?

The only resolution I have ever kept was one I made when I was about 8 or 9. I used to bite my nails and I decided, one New Year's Eve, to stop. I never did it again and I was so proud of myself.

Every New Year I resolve to stop smoking my 10 a day (Come on, girl, you know it makes sense - think of your health, think of your wallet, blah, blah, blah!). Every year I keep it up for at least 48 hours. :o I also make this resolution every birthday (January), at Easter, Whit, Midsummer, August Bank Holiday and on Bonfire Night. One day, I will do it. Maybe 2006 will be THE year. Cross your fingers for me, eh?

Romps, fancy joining me on a sponsored diet. I want to lose a stone as well and I'm doing it a £ for a lb for Cystic Fibrosis Trust. See this week's Accrington Observer for more details.

I considered that resolution as well but as it's unlikely he would do the same for me I've decided to carry on as normal!

Most of my New Year resolutions end up being lost or dumped so might not make any. If I did and I kept to it I will be needing treatment for severe shock.

Please DO NOT make new years revolutions that you can't keep.

I am also desperate to lose some weight but it is def more than a stone!! But I always find that new years resolutions always seem to be made to be broken. so will wait for a week before I start :D

I don't know what's worse - being called Madam, or what you said making complete sense to me!

:) Will we be reading your pound drop diary?

Are you going head to head with Peter Britcliffe, and his fight to leave the fags alone?

How will the Lib Dem candidate top you?
