Things to do before you're 30, 40, 50,......
 

Everyone must have a list of things to do before their next BIG birthday. As I've just past a biggie a year ago I've now extended my Things to Do List for another nine years.

Here was my Things to do before I'm 40 list

Parachuting
Have children
White water rafting
Get married and have children
Appear on a TV game show

Did all those, and here are the things that I've given myself an extended deadline on

Write a book
Become a local councillor
Go to New York
Bungee jumping


So what have you crossed off and what's still on your list???????????????

before I,m 70
Hit the jackpot in Vegas.
Score another hat trick.
Bounce a great grandchild on my knee.
Shoot a round under par.

my to do list is finished now ... my most "wish" was to visit my friend in australia on my 60th birthday ........but i did it in my 50th year all i wish to "do" now is enjoy what life throws at me .

What to do before I'm 70, 80, 90?

Not go ga-ga, that's what! My mum lived to 91 with a razor-sharp mind and I hope I'll be the same. I'd hate to think I might not know who you are, or who I am, when I'm in my dotage.

The only other thing I want to do is visit Australia before I'm too old to enjoy it. I'm working on that one. :)

Try not to make any 'to do' lists as I always ****** them up! I made loads of 'to dos' before I hit 30 but I've done none so I throw my hands up in despair and give up! lol!

That's why I keep giving myself extended deadlines. Things I didn't manage to do before I was 40 have now got rolled over so that they are things to do before I'm 50!

Thing is that if I did all those things, I'd only start adding new things to the bottom of my list anyway.

The only thing I ever wanted to do was when I was sixteen I wanted clothes I'd designed featured in the magazine i-D. This was achieved five years later.

If you’ve got an ambition you should do all you can to make it work out for you? We’re a long time dead and no matter what you believe you need a physical body to enjoy must things in life. There’s nothing you can’t achieve if you have passion and determination.

I watched a programme last month about a bunch of disable people from across the age range, well up to there 30s. These people walked, crawled, climbed and fell their way across some South American country. They climb mountains, crossed river and ravines. The shear effort put in by these people was an inspiration.

If you want to jump out of a perfectly good aircraft for you own reasons tie it in with the needs of a charity and get sponsorship, it won’t cost you anything more than your time, effort and a pair of clean knickers. Everybody wins.

Almost all the things that we desire to do as a one off is achievable if you want it bad enough. Don’t use excuses for not doing something you’re quite capable of achieving with a little thought, good will and hard work.
