Stick your name down at all supermarkets, (Tescos, blackburn, haslingden etc, ADSA, accy, blackburn, Morrisons, etc)

Go round all shops Garages etc to see if they have anything.

If you have any specific skill find all businesses in that realm and go and knock on their door and ask.

In short, get yourself about!

I think the jobs page in the Lancs Eve Tel is on a Monday but I might be wrong.

Mid Pennine Arts is looking for freelance technician, a project worker and an office administrator at the moment. Advert is being prepared now and will be in the papers soon - send a CV in if any of those seem up your street.

Try jobsgopublic for council jobs some are temporary or fixed term and some permanent. Hope this helps.

Try Manpower or any other employment agency if you get nowhere. I have worked in the past through Manpower and it does have advantages if you check them out.
