Yes they are but he will get life, which in the USA means life, or the death penalty which the british goverment is opposed too, so it won't happen. EU rules forbid any member from extraditing to a country that has the death penalty, so no chance of him being deported to the middle east either.

Born and bred in London, I know Finsbury Park well. Hamza should hang. The only satisfaction I can get from the paltry 7 year sentance is that, hopefully and probably, he will get some serious stick in jail. Painful stick I hope.

I thought the home secretary, can't remember if it was Straw or Blunkett, had granted his extradition from these shores some time ago - but now I come to think about it didn't he contest that decision and win? If so that's another punch in the guts for justice. If he stays at HM pleasure in this country I'm sure there'll be plenty inside that will, how shall I say, see him right :engsmil:

Off the streets if its only for 3 years is better than nowt but wait for the appeal and him being given bail. Then the retoric will fly like a well aimed arrow towards the inner gold target of the govenment.

He should be deported immediately on release from prison. The Aussies did it with that paedophile who had lived there for over 20 years, they sent the perv back here.... We should be deporting him.

Inside, outside, it makes no odds to the finances - we were keeping him anyway, because he was living on benefits! Personally I think he should stay inside for a long time, and then be escorted to an open boat and told to find his way home. (We won't, though, because he would face the death penalty there, and we can't do that because we are nice people.) He could use his hook for fishing, so we wouldn't need to give him any food to go with.

Brussels might have something to say about him taking up fishing without a quota and he could only fish and eat for 6 months a year (I think). Besides think of all the lovely food he is getting in the pokey. :D

the only problem with him going to jail is that he may end up been worshiped in there

i read quickly a report in the news paper where muslim extreemists have basicly taken over 1 prison in london and hand out punishment beatings to those who refuse to follow islam and the guards appear to be powerless to stop it because when they move the ringleaders to another prison they are quickly replaced

i forget which paper it was but it was front page and no it wasnt the daily sport

just to be clear i am posting this to highlight how muslim extreemists dont apparently suffer in prison or learn any lessons while there

there needs to be a better solution than prison and it should be deportation

putting extreemists in prison is about as effective as locking up homosexuals for been gay and punishing them by locking them up with hundreds of other men like they did not so long ago

pointless as going to jail would not stop a homosexual been a homosexual and locking up an extreemist wont stop them been an extreemist when they get out

they pay a £200 deposit which is refunded upon the return of the dingy
