Thanx everyone for all the faith you have in me.
Who needs a help line to quit when I have accyweb.
bought a pk of 20 last wed and finished the last one this morning so I havn't done to bad.
I want to give up this time and I suppose that's half the battle.
I hope that next week I will be able to report that I have done even better.
I am finding it hard going at the moment but with luck it wilol get easier.

Mum you can do it i have not had a fag for a year in march! all you need to do is to take it hour by hour you then should be stubburn enough to think right well ive not had one all day so i aint gonna have one now!

Its easy enough until you smell one thats the hard part and even now if i smell someone having a fag i dont think eewww that stinks i think humm that smells good and then i want one, but you just dont.

Keep busy and try to pick at healthy foods because you will put weight on i put half a stone on when i quit.

You have no excuse now my dad has stopped because you wont smell fags in the house at all. Don't stop people smoking in your house you need to get used to others smoking around you but you not actually having one at the moment you can't avoid smokers altogether it will make you stronger!

GOOD LUCK MUM, you can do it, (i know you can).

It may even mean you have more of a chance to see your great grandchildren! think about that.

Thanks all of you. It's not been easy.
The test comes next week because i'm not buying any more.
Well that's the plan at least.
