Handleys have done damn good work for me and I've always received a letter a few days after some work has been done to check that everything was done to my satisfaction - now that's the sort of service you don't get every day.

i will try and find the number of the guy who fitted an ariel to my van

unfortunatly i cut my finger on it and ended up with van ariel disease and had to remove it but i can assure you none of this was the installers fault :o

Thats a good idea, thought only councils did that. Gives the people who wouldnt normally ring or write a chance to point out if they're not happy.
These kitchens the council got contractors to fit, I think theres 17 in all, I only know one tennant that considers the kitchen finished, yet they've all been signed off. All the others recieved a letter asking if it was done to satisfaction, they said no but still nothings done.
If that was a private housing contract imagine the bad reputation they'd get.
Ariels, ye, me but my call out would be a bit much to come up there.
