The Big Lottery has allocated £240,102 to Hyndburn for projects that are related to childs play. Can I stress that this money is not coming to Hyndburn for Hyndburn to dole out, it is money that the Big Lottery has apportioned for community groups in Hyndburn to apply for. Every regional authority in the country has been apportioned some money, of course, whether each area gets that much money depends on the number of applications.
