I won't vote because unless your really into, Hhgttg it would mean nothing to you, so why vote? He and I used to swop messages across the eather long before the 'www' became popular, in fact if I hadn't interfered he would probably still be writing stuff, even after his sad demise! http://www.animationlibrary.com/Anim...ness_alien.gif |
Re: Hhgttg
Douglas Adams?
Didn't he do something in the woods with bears, and I don't mean sh*t.;) |
Re: Hhgttg
He was good - but Terry Pratchet is better. ;)

His second 'Novel' was something about a spiritual bear that protected the Indians, (sorry Native Americans), it was not only confusingly weird but also carp! No way was it on a par with Douglas Adams. http://www.animationlibrary.com/Anim...e_American.gif |

Love it, love it, love it!
Read the sequels, watched the film - and listened enthralled at the radio version. Haven't got the t-shirt yet but it's only a matter of time :D |
Re: Hhgttg
Absolute genius - books were brilliant, TV series fab but film was quite poor!

Re: Hhgttg
If anyone is interested I have the full radio series in MP3.
I've also most of his books in e-book form. |
