I won't vote because unless your really into, Hhgttg it would mean nothing to you, so why vote?
He and I used to swop messages across the eather long before the 'www' became popular, in fact if I hadn't interfered he would probably still be writing stuff, even after his sad demise!

I don't know for sure but aren't you getting him mixed up with that guy that wrote Watership Down?

His second 'Novel' was something about a spiritual bear that protected the Indians, (sorry Native Americans), it was not only confusingly weird but also carp!

No way was it on a par with Douglas Adams.

Love it, love it, love it!

Read the sequels, watched the film - and listened enthralled at the radio version. Haven't got the t-shirt yet but it's only a matter of time :D
