No, I paid a small fortune to a publisher, just to have the covers printed, then I paid another small fortune to Amazon to rent the space on their site just so I could wind you up!

Gayle, I am getting longer in the tooth with every passing day, the Hour that the grim reaper takes his final revenge on me for all that I have said about his boss is getting ever closer so can I ask, if you have any humanity in that political soul of yours, could you please delay the publication of that book until then?
The reason I ask is because otherwise I would have to read it from cover to cover just so that I can criticise it honestly!
Plus I would have to pay full price for it as I don't subscribe to Mills & Boone.

knight is a lot easier than my last name - i had it changed to plenty of variations even at school it still get changed now!
