New takeover incompetance!!!!
 

Not a very happy bunny with our new Hyndburn Homes, the very 1st dealing with them & they already managed to b**ger it up why dont that surprise me!!!! Most tenants would have just got their new tenancy agreement like me this week well sunday for me & they cocked up by having my right full name on the envelope but a different surname on the agreement [a former surname i haven't used in 6 years & not while i been in this property/with council] they got my new rent card right & other letters addressed right but why has this got something completely different?:mad:

So i complained yesterday i was told to come down with ID to prove i was the person named on envelope not the agreement hence i couldnt sign & send off but instead had to go down to sign it with all my revelant info including benefit stuff.

Well this turn of events has now cost me the possible risk of identity theft as my bag of a bit of shopping with the envelope with all my documents including new tenancy signed was taken from the trolley hook coming through checkout yesterday in Iceland :mad:

Now i dont know which desperate saddo has to nick a H&B bag with wipes & ear buds in. I reported it to the police, my bank, all the relevant important co's of those documents & most of all totally worry & pandamonium least i didnt have my purse in it.

Anyone who knows of someone with a A4 white envelope of letter & rent card etc or has seen it dropped somewhere please return it to the local police station, Hyndburn Homes any benefit office or even at Iceland themselves whom are aware of the situ & can be return immediately as they are rendered not very useful to anyone but myself as all important departments are aware & on watch!!!

Can also anyone advise me how i would go about complaining about this incompetance of Hyndburn Homes as this un-neccessary trip to prove ID has now put me in the avoidable situ of missing important stuff & severe distress & un neccessary phone calls etc im fuming:mad:!!! NAme, email addy, address of the top dog or anyone who has power to deal with [& yeh Grege Pope i hope you are reading this too] Cos if i made an error or anyone else did they'd be brought to book probably over less serious implications as this has now cost me!!:mad:

Err according to hyndburn homes they have mistaking used a name they cross referenced my application with:( & havent checked! Yet for years as council they always addressed me properly for the past 5 years ive been a tenant here so its still rather confusing excuse.

......& whoever has my details nicked a plassy bag from my shopping trolley hook whilst at the checkout:mad:

Cross referenced from where though, they're not making sense are they, you don't just come with a name someone's never told you and that they haven't used in five years. They've been digging in your history somewhere and fkd up and now don't want to admit it. They've got no rights going anywhere that name would be listed. They're sneaky b .Another thing is, if you claim bennefits, be careful if you ever sign to say they can look at your bank records, cos when you do they look at every transaction for as far back as the bank ha them, years back, you could end up paying back an over payment from 5 years ago. AND you may no longer have the documentation that proves that your entitled to it so you get stung.
