Who is the clown who decided that a dyslexic person would make a good postman , I suppose its now ok to have colour blind electricians.

What a farse, but it did make me laugh. I don't agree with him paying costs though, not if the royal mail knew he was dyslexic, that's their fault, they shouldn't employ people who can't do the job.
