Hyndburn Homes
 

They have only been in operation within the month or so & already we have bodge up's with their database & computer systems mmmmmm losing what little faith already maybe they should of stuck as they were least my name was always addressed correctly:(

Following my rather disgruntled complaint on tuesday that their bodgeness has cost my my ID, they have still sent a me letter wrongly addressed ggrrrrr, so another phone complaint this morning, met with opoloiges & confession that at least 10% of all Hyndburn Homes tenancy details were incorrect & that one secretary had a pile of 70 tenancy agreement details incorrect on process to be checked & corrected, which he said should be dealt with within the month & bare with them as it was the old council databases they were using & they hadnt been corrected nor updated as to reason why this has happened.

Anyone else not impressed with hyndburn homes so far ???

Also did anyone get a letter about inspectors & surveyors are due to come & look at their property inside & out with due to further improvements to bring standard up-to-date for this financial year ????

I did but they havent said when these officers are due to visit so that as requested i can be in :confused: Did anyone get a date or have had a visit yet or due one??

I got one of those letters as well, no date etc and if you think about it they can come anytime from now untill next April ?

Still havnt had any inspectors around to tell us our flats are safe to live in yet either.
