I keep an eye on Churchills every time I walk home from the station. I would buy it if I had the money. For house or business it's a steal at that price. Did you put in a bid today?

I've bought the 21 square metres of land, I'm going to build my mansion on it :D

There's an 8 story office block on there for 600,000 although it is in knowsley.

just what are you on about?

out of interest, I was chatting to someone who tells me that Pugh are reknown for putting very low guide prices to entice you along hoping that auction fever takes hold. Looking at some of teh prices that stuff sold for it seems to work! one house in Spring Hill, guide 30-40K, sold 48.5K
