Good one Mani! Our company use someone called Firequeen who come round every year and service all the equipment;I will have a nosey at their phone number and let you know!
You were right to be concerned about these cowboys;it happens a lot;they seem to target shop staff who are inexperienced.

There was a similar scam going round about 5 years ago but they were floggng First Aid kits.... again they had Health & safty executive clipboard.... very plausable. Be careful out there!!!
