I rang Hyndburn Homes to report that the overflow was running, After giving the usuall details I was told that some one would call that day. this was 10-35am. Things are looking up I thought, same day service. At around 10-55am a knock came at the door and law and behold it was a guy from Hyndburn Homes, he quickly removed the cistern top, replaced the ballcock and was away within 10 minutes, job done, must be some kind of record.:engsmil:

Yeah, I had similar service not so long ago. I couldn't turn the hot tap off in the bath properly, water was dribbling out and I thought the washer had gone, rang H.H. about an hour later they were round ..... It ended up I was having a 'moment', the only thing that was wrong with the tap was, it was jammed and this little 7 stone weakling couldn't budge it :o Women eh!!

They aint long in the job so they are out to impress. Give it a month or two they will be as bad as HBC were.
