Any Trainspotters here?
 

Just to show that I can be serious to, I wonder if there are any like-minded train spotters on here?

I have made a few comments before on the problems of travelling with Branson's cattle trucks, but no one has so far picked up on the pleasures & tribulations to be gained in travelling on and observing our sometimes wonderful but more often challenging railways.

I hope this will be a serious tread; if we're talking about steam trains, lets stick to that...no funnies and definatly no deviation on to diesels (for instance).

Anoraks are not essential, although you'll get a lot more pleasure in wearing one while posting on here. So come on folks - I know there's alot of you out there - don't be shy and lets start some serious trainspotting posts....
