PRIVATE RENTING AND THE LAW

Is there anyone that knows the law on private renting
ie: if the landlord wants to sell the property where do you stand ,how much notice dos  he have to give you
???

Dunno the details, but you can get a booklet from the council offices on Cannon St, which tells you about your rights if you are renting privately.

Mick your landlord has to give you at least 2 months notice, i to private rent.
