Arndale Fireworks

Hey there...... just wondered if anyone went to watch the firework display and 'opening' of the late night shopping in town?  

I didn't go, but from the house u can see the fireworks pretty clearly...... was it me or did they not seem as many 'big' and 'loud' ones this year????

Maybe they toned them down a bit because of all this controversy of fireworks this year.......

Anyway if u did go, was it any good?

;D  I went with my friend and her little boy, who was bored with the fireworks. They explode every year over my house, and it is not unusual for me to find spent fireworks in my back yard the day after. I normally watch them from my kitchen window.
They were no where near as good as previous years, but the town was packed out :-*

The fireworks definately weren't as good as last years.
