This topic isn’t my idea but something that I half heard on the Chris Evans show on Radio 2 this evening whilst making my tea. There was the normal repartee between him and Sally Traffic and I just caught the gist of what was being said. So I thought what a good topic for this forum.

If you were suddenly endowed with magic powers what is the ONE thing that you would do with them? Oh! All right then TWO things if you really have to.

Is this were we are supposed to say we'd use the new magic powers for knoble reasons .... like to end all wars and famine?

I'd grow a real magic money tree in the back garden cus I'm sure the kids think I have one out there anyway! :rolleyes: My 2nd would be to have the ability to fly :)

To effectively remove stubborn chav scum, gently rub with an ice cube, and carefully scrape off with a blunt knife.

I would wish for mothers not to have to worry about their children.....whether they are doing drugs...drinking too much......in places of danger (like servicemen and women).........and I would wish for children to consider their parents.

:p Only need one and that would be to get rid of em. Such power would be too much of a temptasion ie rivers of cider and all the steak I could ever want. I wouldnt live long enough to enjoy it. :p

For my first I would have the magic power to do whatever I wanted whenever I wanted as many times as I wanted. For my second (not that it would really matter after the first) I would give us the edit button back on AccyWeb so AccyMel stops making a dic of herself :D :D :D

I agree with Tinks a real life money tree in the back garden would come in handy. 2nd one would be ... wait for it cos i have to think now .........keep waiting ...... i'll get back to you on that one.

I would re-distribute the world’s wealth so that EVERY person had at least adequate shelter, enough food and clean water to maintain good health and the means to continue in that state.

I would remove GREED and AGGRESSION from the human psyche.

If I had a wish like that, I would love to be that "fly on the wall." Meaning I'd love to be able to go back in time and actually watch grea, and yes as well as tragic, historical events take place.

To actually see the events as they happen rather then trusting in the written words would be of great interest to me!
