I had a little "occurrance" this morning
 

No sooner do we get the boiler fixed and the kitchen light working (hence the little lamp on the man's hat which Harwood Red mentioned) than yet another little challenge arises.

This morning as I cranked up the washing machine for the first load of the day I became aware of a slight soggyness in the cupboard under the sink. The inlet pipe to the washing machine leaketh! :eek:

So then I had the jolly fun of emptying all the contents from under the sink to mop up the water and soak up the drips and get access to the pipe.

Wow! What joys of discoveries down the back of a sink unit cupboard. If only this had happened a few weeks ago I could have helped Less out with his rat problem. I found a large box of rodent poison complete with neat little ratty food trays to put it in. I'd forgotten that was there. :D

Willow is there a curse on your house or has someone let a few gremlins loose? I know the feeling though but it was the door seal that went on mine and as I had put the washer on afore going out I couldnt work out were the water had come from when I got back (cycle had completed) and started another load only then to find out were the water came from. :o :o :o :o :o

You may well be right about them Gemlins Spuggie, panel down the edge of the front door that keeps the 4 barrel lock mechansm in place has come loose too!:D

Willow.....you know things ALWAYS happen in Threes...so you have got your three over with now......rejoice, it could all have kicked off on Christmas day...with the in laws coming to dinner...and all that that entails! :)
