Don't because this sort of thing really ****es me off. There's not justice in this country. Unless your, well. You know what I mean. How the hell is the girl and her family going to feel, and what did she get for the pain and grief that she will carry for the rest of her life, she’ll never forget. He should have been castrated, lashed and then f***ing deported.

i would hate to be a judge because theHAVE to work to the letter of the law
blame the law makers not the enforcers hell if the tories said they would bring back death for perverts i would vote for them on that alone |

There is no perfect system and even the best designed program can come up with unwanted results. If the system is just, the prisoner can only be dealt with as the law allows. Apparently, his term is up and the government failed to either release him or deport him. There may well be a need to change the law to better address future cases, but that would not change the outcome in this one. If the outcome in this case bothers you, then the best thing you can do is to let your lawmakers know of your objections and what you think should be done to change the law for future cases. |
Re: Don't You Just Love Our Justice System !!
Too many rights on defendants that pushes someone elses rights away - too many PC brigade rubbish that heavily influences our judicial system - once proud enforcer of the law - now a laughing stock!

Yes it does bother me and a lot at that. Our laws may be a bit wonky in some places yet though the powers to be know this they will do nothing untill what happened in this case forces the issue. One set of laws seem to be ofset by others and the muddle ends up costing the tax payer money. Ok this Mr A's rights were infringed but to be awarded money for it is obsered considering deporting someone is getting harder. Not that long ago a teenager from the Shetlands was to be deported after serving a sentance for a minor crime. The powers that be lost in the courts yet they didnt manage with Mr A to even get him to court. |

Recently in Sydney,A Muslim rapist was awarded $2000 because he wasn't fed fresh Halal meat, even though it wasn't at the time available in any prison in NSW.Prison authorities tried thier best with canned Halal meat, but this wasn't good enough for this esteemed guest. The Justice system sucks here too . Just a pity they didn't put him in the same cell as the Yorkshire Ripper, that mighn't have been interesting, a friendly screw may have lent him a hammer and scout knife, for the use of.
