Fireworks!!!

Blimey it's like the blitz outside.:eek:

It's strange how since the Millenium people have carried on with the fireworks as the clock strikes midnight, something that never used to happen.

A nice new tradition.:)

Bloody great Garinda ... hope Tinks puppy ok though .. dancing round the house to Dancing Queen now ... think they will probably take me away in 2007 .. what the hell, eh ?

Lol god bloody hell that scared me i was watching london live with all the fieworks and i thought london was very close with the sound outside lol:D

I seem to recall seeing Fireworks, as Blackburn was crappy early on last night so I came to Accrington, then celebrated new year, and went over to blackburn again. haha.

We didnt have fireworks up here - we had the pub landlord ringing the police!!!! so we had coloured lights though be it of a different kind!!!!

After seeing the cost of fireworks i will definatley not be using any of them on new years or even bonfire night for that matter.

I was quite impressed with the firework displays in Accy/Ossy, we were over visiting some friends in Water street Accrington and we could see clearly across Accrington from the front door of their house. I agree with Rindy it is a nice new tradition. Happy New Year Everyone.
