Have just been reading the paper and read this article, i'm horrified, the thought of it makes me really upset.

OMG!wtf.There are so many questions i wana ask like how comes the door wasn't locked?why was he only wearing a sleeveless t-shirt?(in this weather jack wears a vest and a fleecy romper)where exactly was she-surely anyone would hear a two year old going down the stairs-not exactly quiet are they?!and most importantly why are people like her allowed to have children???????

when my kid was two he also used to wear romper suits in this weather, also he was in a COT, yeh he probably did climb out but i also had a safety gate on his door!

I recall social services threatening to take her kids away when she was preganant with the child in the article. Perhaps they should have been more persistent. From memory she has about four kids with several different fathers. About 19 shilling short of a pound

Its really upsetting reading stories like this, she doesn't deserve children thats for sure, the front door must have been left open surely.

Yep, scary to see someone u sort of know, not heard of her for ages strange way to get an update but again not nice update yet not surprising at all, i bet social services are kicking themselves now :eek:

I can't believe he was only wearing a nappy and t-shirt this weather, at night Siobhan wears pyjamas and a fleece grow bag. Where was the mother when her baby managed to get out of the house? A child is one of the most precious things in the world and should be looked after and protected at all costs. People like her shouldn't be allowed to have children, she needs stringing up. I hope they throw the book at her.

Its terrible that. How can someone not hear a child that young get out of bed/cot and downstairs and outside?

More than likely the child wasn't in a cot or upstairs. From memory she lived in a flat.
