Zero Tolerance
 

I just wondered as the government is banning smoking this year,to help save lives,reduce health service costs & to make us all fitter:rolleyes: ,is'nt it about time they had a zero tolerance on drink driving for the same reasons?

and many other things

such as violent behaviour
terrorist threats
murder
assault
the list is endless....


however smoking much easier target to bump up crime success figures
