Topsie

My ten year old Jack Russell was really ill on Monday night. I tried several '24 hour emergency' numbers but no-one answered so I ended up sitting up, holding his paw, for the whole night. I was well scared.

As soon as the surgery opened on Tuesday morning 'im indoors carried him to the car and I was left at home panicking. The little tinker...........she couldn't find a thing wrong with him and he came home........tail wagging!

He's had every test under the sun and we've been told that he is in perfect health. Happen it was all a bad dream!!

He couldn't even stand up at the time and he was shaking all over. I was at the promising stage by four in the morning. You know what I mean, if he gets better I'll..........

Then when he ran into the apartment, I didn't know whether to laugh or cry!

Animal lovers, what are we like?!!

It's so very tough when they look at you with those sad eyes eh? It's almost like the dog is saying: "sorry for upsetting ya so Mate but I'm feeling a bit terrible at the moment."

Glad it worked out well for ya junetta!

Ex hubby once took our daughter to hospital as she said she couldn't walk on her left leg;we were obviously worried. She was about 3 at the time;sat in casualty waiting our turn and just as her name was called she got up and ran off down the corridor. Exit very embarassed parents and perky child.
