Stange when i went to Peel Park school many moons ago there were a lollypop lady morning & after school to make sure kids cross the road safely & slow the cars down on Alice street, hehehehehe she did a good job did Mrs Coo :D
So i take it the council have sacked a lollypop person on there nowadays - didnt notice one last year when i worked at the school:rolleyes: EDIT# Must read - last night not school hrs then :rolleyes: |

Just quizzed the little 'un on this as she is Peel Park and she knows nowt ! Mrs Coo is deffo still there manning the crossing and always has a smile and a friendly word for everyone.

Police told my other half this morning that witnesses said it was a green van with writing on it and the accident happened just after school yesterday.
