I suspect they will just fine the landlords/ladies not the drunken offenders themselves. After a fine of a few grand most landlords/ladies would soon stop people smoking

whatever happened to the freedom of choice that we fought 2 world wars to keep
let them come, let them take me to court and i'l fight tooth and nail over it as this is a complete contravention of my human rights!
if i choose to smoke then that is my right as a human
if someone else chooses not to that is theirs
if i light up somewhere anyone who objects has the freedom to choose to go elsewhere!

In Spain, smoking whilst driving is forbidden on certain routes.
Is lighting-up/smoking whilst driving more different to using a mobile??????????/

Reminded me of an incident whilst driving behind a gentleman in a car wearing a trilby hat, he was trying to light a pipe and turn a corner at the same time, but why did he need to wear the trilby unless his car rained in?;)

if approached by somone asking your name unless they are a police officer i dont think you are under any obligation to give it so i would just put your fag out on their forhead and walk away :D

or

give them the name and address of a non smoker and walk off giggleing to your self at he future argument between the non smoker and the people who send the fine
