Billcat, I agree with you. American sports fanatics do put a bit to much into their team support (IMHO).

Also Steeljack, I also agree. The big Universities and Colleges do put a heck of alot of emphasis on their "non-professional" teams. However, at this time of year the LYY family enjoys this small bit of friendly competition.

Okay, back to daylight savings time . . . .YUK!

Its a case of works best for were you are. The polititions want to change the clocks so that its not tied to England due to the longer winternights up here. Does Have a fun side though as I could blame the changing of the clock for being late back to work from Accy. The original carry on with the tooing and froing of the clocks was down to farmers. As there are fewer farmers especially in the UK though not sure about our American cousins though. :)

The only advantage I see is the extra hour in bed when the clocks go back. :D

On a lighter note dispite plenty of warning the changeover over the pond caused some nice for a better word "errornous" work today. ;)
