'new' bad weather warning system

came across this new site being put together by the EU , still in the test stage , when fully operational it will give severe/extreme weather warnings for all European countries ,

LETS SEE IF ITS MORE ACCURATE THAN THE FORCASTS WE GET AT THE MO. THE ONLY THING WEATHERWISE I DIDNT SEE HERE YESTERDAY WAS A THUNDER STORM!!!

Dispite all the technology available they still cant give us an accurate forcast. :(
