Please explain Katie and Peter
 

It has just started on one of the lower cable channels over here. Who are they and why would you export this type of programme?
Are they really that thick or is it just an act?
It made me cringe to think that these people are English and I may have to explain it to people. I decided if anybody asks I will just say they are southerners, no class.

I wonder if we will get the show. We do get Cononation Street ... it is very popular here. Friends of mine employ me as a translator ... well sort of. I often wonder about the image of Canadians overseas. It seems that if all people see is hockey players beating the living crap out of one another, and Newfie fishermen playing baseball with baby seals, the rest of the world must think that we are a bloodthirsty bunch.

Umm ive read about them , well katie used to be a big model and still is sometimes , i dont understand them really becuase she used to be all B*tc*y on everyone and then she had a baby from footballer dwight yorke, and the baby is partially blind and has a growth disorder. She has looked after him well and has got mother of the year this year so i dont know if shes a nice person or now! Peter is a singer , with a few good songs and like lancsdave said is australian. They went into a reality tv show called "im a celebrity get me out of here" where they met and formed there relationship. Now there married.

Im sure the show will be crap however im sure it will be intresting to see there daily lives.

The episode I saw had a medium on it, they asked her to remove her shoes "cos we got really white carpets" and then he said "I don't belive this crap, wot she spose tabe, some kinda wizard?" god help todays kids growing up to imitate that.
