I have just come back from Spain.... I was rather shocked to see that there were no posters at any of the airports.... just hope and pray they find the little one soon and that's she is ok:

Another day has gone by and nothing. I have just read that they are " scaling down the search" surely this can't be true :mad:

Its Madeleine's 4th birthday tomorrow!
It gets me so mad, why is the police law so behind times, they said on news yesterday they were handing out pictures of Madeleine, and they cant tell us anything as its their law! something has to change quickly! I feel for her parents, her mum does not look well at all today! Hope Madeleine turns up soon! |

I'm sorry but I don't get this desire for information - surely it's better that they spend their time searching instead of giving endless press calls. It's not our business to know how they are progressing. The media should leave well alone and let everyone get on with it.
Obviously, I'd be delighted if she was found and I'm sure that we'll be informed but until then it doesn't help anyone. Just because the portugeuse police aren't telling us everything doesn't mean that they are't trying everything and this constant media coverage is alerting whoever took her to the police's progress. |
