Another Begging Thread
 

So yet again, I was walking along Blackburn Road, (no prizes for those that guess where I had been).

When in the near distance I saw a very nice fitting pair of jeans, except that there was just a touch of bulk around the back pockets.

As I have always maintained I'm a man and I notice such things, as I got closer, because the young lady was walking much slower than me she turned and with a Tinker type accent asked, (very pleasantly), "excuse me Surrr but could you give me a pound so I can get a taxi home?".

I replied, "you would have got home a lot quicker even by walking if you had changed the pound coins you have stuffed in your back pockets from other mugs into notes, so either leave me alone or you had better order me a taxi".

Many, many years ago, I worked fixing bandits and amusement machines on Central pier Blackpool I caught some young lads kicking sh*t out of the penny falls machine, as I was throwing them out the mother came over and stated that she was a Romany and that she was going to curse me for the rest of my life. I replied, "and may your curse come back on you three fold for being dishonest", she actually ran from the place in fear!

Fair enough my life has been sh*t ever since, but at least I know if it was because of a curse she is suffering even worse.:)

I would have said - theres £2 - get me a taxi as well...- a £1 for a taxi home - total bargain !!

You got me thinking Less,there used to be a scruffy bloke sat outside the local supermarkets looking all pathethic and sad, right where the trolleys are ,so you felt guilty when you collected your pound back,
I havent seen him for ages,,(wonder where he is now)
I felt sorry for him until i spotted him marching down the road as fit as a butchers dog ,what mugs we are,,!:(
