think theres too much made of the weight-thing by the media, people are made to feel bad if they are overweight, n most can,t help it anyway, its a condition not a crime, i aint overweight (yet) but if i was, i hope i would be able to say- thats life n i dont give a rats.

I felt so sorry for the poor girl as she was trying desperately to get to a size zero over 8 weeks and she was so tired all the time and desperate for food. She didn't even manage it in the end. Although she lost a lot round her waist her boobs wouldn't fit into the dress she was aiming for.

If you look at the beauty queens in the 50,s and 60,s, they were bigger and much more in proportion than those of today,,they looked much classier too...

I have been on a seefood diet for my whole life ... see food ...eat it. But I have started to be more exercise conscious. I now put the beer on the bottom shelf of the firdge. That way I have to bend down to get it. Now I am considering walking to the beer store. The thought of it makes me break out in a sweat.

When I mentioned to my partner that I wanted to get rid of 10 pounds of useless fat, she suggested that I cut my head off. Come to think of it I dont use my head all that much anyway.

I have lost half a stone just by cutting out my lovely chocolate. If I must have chocolate now I just have a small bar under 100 Cal's.
Faddy diets are no good for anybody the weight just goes on twice as much twice has fast.
My weight has yoyo'd up and down for years. When I'm depressed the only solace is chocolate and cake.

I get really annoyed with the media's image of "beauty" or "attractiveness".

The fact is if you feel good then you look good in my book, and as the books say real beauty lies within, what's the point in looking fabulous if you can only hold a conversation with a plank of wood. Whatever size you are be you a size 8 or a 28 if you are happy then that will come across.

I mean who wants to spend their whole life wondering if that bar of chocolate you just ate will put you 1ounce over your target weight, for pities sake girls enjoy yourselves, being happy and content is infinitely more attractive.;) ;) :)
