I agree with those who complain and also those who compliment. Early on I didn't used to cause I felt embarassed when my parents did. However, It really bothers me to no end when I pay alot of money for the best product and it does a conker.

This especially with the last 3 chainsaws I've had and push mowers. I really, really hate it when you have an honest complaint and you are either ignored or misunderstood by the non-English speaking customer rep.

Then I use that against em and just keep carrying up the line. E-mail has really made this stuff most convenient.
