special delivery post problem...

ok bit of a funny one this

i usually buy stuff from another forum - pre-owned 360 games - and i ordered one and i get it sent to my other house which is being renovated at the moment - stops the wifey from catching my deliveries -

anyhow just for fun and to make sure no one nicks my identity as i usually pay via bank transfer i use an alias name

so i've had a parcel come to the address and the sender has sent it special delivery. and naturally i wasnt there to sign it - now its at the depot but under the name tony stark not my real name.

i would go and collect it but i have no id under my alias name

how can i retrieve it?

You can ask the royal mail to re-deliver to the stated address and make sure you are there to collect it this time. (I think).

Ive missed a few recorded deliveries and ive rung through to the depot to re-arrange a next day delivery.
