I'm so sorry June. I went through the same thing when I had to have my poor little Scruffy put to sleep after a road accident, so know what your going through.
It gets easier chuck.

Barker was our 'little man' and it is almost 2 years since we lost him.....like you June, we had to have him put to sleep, to end his suffering...he was 14 and had had a very priveleged life....hubby still gets teary talking about him.

Oh June so sorry to hear that. I too know just what it feels like to lose a loved pet and to be there when the decision has to be made. It is the kindest thing though even though it's hard to convince yourself of that at the time. :(

Thank you all for your good wishes. Top was only a few weeks old when I got him nearly eleven years ago so it is so strange not to have him sitting at my feet. His normal position when I'm using the computer.

I'm 'coming to terms' now but it's so painful xx
