What else do you expect!!!

I've had great fun today. All morning everything was ok. Then 12.30pm i tried sending a text. Sending failed. Turned out i couldnt make calls either. Turned out O2 being idiots they are had cancelled my direct debit for some unknown reason and not told me for some strange reason. So July's hadnt been paid and so been put on restrictions - no email or no letter or text message or phone call to tell me why. Also my computer had been playing up so i rang a friend who said theyd come up this afternoon to have a look at it. When he turned it on didnt even boot up - so opened it up he said it looked like the motherboard but it still could be the hard drive or both. Managed to get a motherboard (got absolutely sopping wet thro while waiting around for buses) and he put it in - hard drive went as well. So at the minute im running this computer on a borrowed hard drive, have to get another fan as well and hoping the processor dont go as well. So in otherwords i've had an expensive day. I then had to reinstall windows xp, office, aohell (which i had to ring them up for cos couldnt find the drivers for the modem etc). Tomorrow i have to go back to computer shop and get a fan to fit and a hard drive so theres my birthday money gone! Good job i had a birthday this week!!! :D:D:D

Oh, poor Jen, so sorry about your bad day. The Spanish don't have a problem with Friday the thirteenth so I tend to ignore it now that I live here.

Sounds like you had a bad day Jen, I try to forget about it being Friday the 13th, nothing bad happened, I am a bit superstitious about it though.

I must be in a time warp. Yesterday was fine and dandy but today started off with a traffic warden booking us for being onto the yellow lines outside due to Busman not being able to park directly outside the house when he got home last night on account of someone else being there.

People park there all the time and never get done. What the flippin heck was a traffic warden doing up here at that time of the morning?

Friday - extraction of yet another back tooth - both me and it have seen better days :(

I hadn't even realised it was the 13th and I had a fabulous day. So may be that's the trick!

friday the 13th well were do i satrt, we got kicked out of our apartment today! for two days! so we are homeless! i slept on my friends balcomy! bad back today! also i lost 30 euros! my friend ended up in hospital with bad reactions to mossie bites, i fell down 4 steps at work! i also fell off the stage where i work! and no i havnt had any alcohol whatsoever! i had an argument with a close friend! i saw a cat get run over.
not a nice day yesterday! ive never really been supersticious but when i got up yesterday morning and a black cat (theres so many poor wild cats out here its unreal) crossed my path i had a bad feeling it was going to be a bad day!
all in all i came out with a few bumps and bruises but maybe today will be better!

Friday the 13th .... appointment with Gynie at Royal Blackburn Hospital. I could think of better ways to be spending the day.
