MY perfume
 

just been messing about on google and i noticed that someone on ebay was selling some SHANIDA perfume(yes thats what i'm named after) shanida actually means egyptian sunset....ANYWAY this perfume is 31 years old, how can the seller guarantee it hasnt gone off? yardley stopped making this brand just after i was born, does perfume really last THAT long????:rolleyes:

Some perfumes keep longer than others.If it hasn't been opened and it's been kept out of heat and light it may be ok.31 years is one hell of a long time though so who knows?Don't think I'll be bidding for it:D

lol i aint bidding for it, i dont even know what its supposed to smell like, it is still in the box and seems to be still in the wrapping too, who knows

I had a horse that had to be put down 31 years ago.......we took a sample after the event.................be careful :):D

Some people just collect the bottles and dont intend to use the contents so whether it is 'off' wont matter

Mick found some of my favorite perfume and talc off eBay called Sea Jade. Yardley stopped production in the late 70s, I was gutted.
The perfume has gone off but looking at it brings back some lovely memories.

i used to like le jardin d'mour, would love to see if its still out there somewhere, but i liked it backed then but might not now:(, would have to sniff it before i bought!

I used to wear Ystatis but now I don't wear perfume at all - just a bit of Dove under my pits and I'm good to go. :)

Some wives are the same Lilly I had the first one 21 years, I'll have to let you know about no2 in 10 years:D These days I have my own brand of perfume, great for keeping would be wives at bay, sweat.:D

mi dad bought it for me
